La Catana is a luxury Andalucian villa set in an acre of olive grove. Panoramic views of the Andalucian countryside and the white-washed village of Alcaucin can be enjoyed from La Catana's very own large private pool or beautiful wrap around terrace. La Catana sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty which is perfect for walking, mountain biking and scenic drives that will take you to the cities and villages of Andalucia. Within easy reach of the sparkling city of Malaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol, La Catana is the perfect base for your holiday.

ACCOMODATION

Built to an exacting specification and presented to a very high standard, La Catana is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that can sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with mountain views whilst bedrooms 2 and 3 overlook the surrounding olive groves. The large, beautifully fitted dining kitchen with granite worktops is fully equipped should you wish to cook. With fully integrated modern appliances including; cooker, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Dining table with four chairs, you will find everything you will need. The lounge offers a comfortable setting with plenty of places to sit and relax, satellite television, DVD player, stereo, CD player, books, games and a stone fireplace with an open fire (logs can be purchased locally for winter use). The double patio doors look out to the white-washed village of Alcaucin.

FACILITIES

All furnishings are of a superb quality and towels (excluding beach & pool towels) and bedding are provided. In addition, you will also find everything you could possibly need including; a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, gas BBQ, heating/air-conditioning, outdoor dining table, chairs and sun-loungers. As La Catana is perfect for families we have also supplied 2 cots and 2 highchairs. The villa is cleaned and the linen is laundered at the end of each stay. The swimming pool is cleaned and maintained at least once a week.

ACCESSIBILITY

The villa is on one level with good wheelchair access, there is one small step from the patio up to the house which shouldn't present a problem.
